DELIVERY & SHIPPING
UK Delivery
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour from the Highlands of Scotland.
Royal Mail aim to deliver your package within 2-3 working days including Saturdays.
The timescale we aim for delivery from placing your order is 2-4 working days.
Your order will arrive in a cardboard box that can be recycled with minimal waste paper so you will no longer receive a paper invoice in your order, you can check your order details via the emailed order confirmation you received when placing your order
Europe Delivery
Your order will be sent via International Tracked Postage from the Highlands of Scotland.
The timescale we aim for delivery from placing your order is 4-5 working days.
Your order will arrive in a cardboard box that can be recycled with minimal waste paper so you will no longer receive a paper invoice in your order, you can check your order details via the emailed order confirmation you received when placing your order.
Your order may incur import tax or customs fees, any charges your order may incur are out of our control and you will be required to settle them yourself.
International Delivery
Your order will be sent via International Tracked Postage from the Highlands of Scotland.

RETURNS
You can return products back to us up to 30 days from the date the order was placed. At the moment we can’t offer free returns so you are responsible for the return postage costs.
Your returned item must be in it’s original condition & unworn.
Please add a note in your return describing why you’re returning with the name & email address that the order was placed with so we can process your refund as quickly as possible.
You will be refunded via your original payment method, we will aim to do this as soon as the returned item is delivered to us & you will be contacted via email when the refund has been put through.

Exchanges
We unfortunately can’t exchange items as we can’t guarantee your exact item & size will still be in stock by the time we receive your returned item.
The best option is to return the item back to us for a refund & place a new order for the new size/item you wanted to exchange.
Faulty Item
