Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide from the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour postage for UK orders & Royal Mail International Tracked postage for international orders.

How should I wash my new stuff?

• T-Shirts & Hoodies: Wash cool & hang dry, avoid tumble drying as this can cause shrinking.

• Beanies & Bobble Hats: Hand wash in warm water to avoid shrinking & dry flat. Avoid tumble drying or ironing.

I’d like to return an item, how do I do it?

You can return products back to us up to 30 days from the date the order was placed. At the moment we can’t offer free returns so you are responsible for the return postage costs.

Your returned item must be in it’s original condition & unworn.

Please add a note in your return describing why you’re returning with the name & email address that the order was placed with so we can process your refund as quickly as possible.

You will be refunded via your original payment method, we will aim to do this as soon as the returned item is delivered to us & you will be contacted via email when the refund has been put through.

Can I Exchange an item?

We unfortunately can’t exchange items. You can return the item back to us for a refund & place a new order for the new item.

My order arrived faulty, what should I do?
