Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour postage for UK orders & Royal Mail International Tracked postage for international orders.
How should I wash my new gear?
- T-Shirts & Hoodies: Wash cool & hang dry, avoid tumble drying as this can cause shrinking.
- Beanies & Bobble Hats: Hand wash in warm water to avoid shrinking & dry flat. Avoid tumble drying or ironing.
- Caps: Wipe clean with warm water
When will I get my order?
We'll work as quickly as we can to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
UK orders can take 2-4 days to arrive. International orders, we suggest allowing 14 days to arrive.
I'd like to return an order, how should I do it?
You can return products back to us up to 30 days from the date the order was placed. At the moment we can’t offer free returns so you are responsible for the return postage costs.
Your returned item must be in it’s original condition & unworn.
Please add a note in your return describing why you’re returning with the name & email address that the order was placed with so we can process your refund as quickly as possible.
You will be refunded via your original payment method, we will aim to do this as soon as the returned item is delivered to us & you will be contacted via email when the refund has been put through.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, if the size you ordered wasn't quite right we can exchange an item. Get in touch with us before returning your item, we will be in touch to let you know if the exchange is possible due to stock levels.
